I love doing commissions. They often peak new challenges, and its always a pleasure to see the joy in a clients response to their new piece. Perfect for:

How Does it Work?

1. Start by sending me a few details about what you’re looking for. It’s often helpful to reference a piece you've seen in my shop or even something from elsewhere that has inspired you. A colour palette you like... anything!

2. I'll give you a quote based on size, if you want a floating frame added and delivery. This quote will not change.

3. Once the a-okay is given sometimes I'll require a 20% deposit.

4. I go to canvas. Most commissions are completed within about 4-6 weeks, depending on the size, complexity and current workload. If you require a painting by a certain date let me know and I can make miracles happen with timing.

5. Once the painting is dry I'll send you pics for approval. Once the tick of approval is given; I'll varnish, sign, frame (if needed) and box it up. Then I'll send through an invoice. When payment is received I'll book it in with the courier and send you the tracking information.

Canvas Sizing

If your space requires a non-standard size, that’s no problem as I also build custom canvases and import high-quality stretchers. This flexibility ensures that a tailored solution is always possible without excessive cost.

You Say Risk Free?

For most commissioned pieces; unless they’re highly unusual or deeply personal; there is no risk to you. At the end of the process if, for any reason, you’re not happy with the finished piece, I’ll refund your deposit and the artwork will be added to my shop stock. You have to love it.

How Much Does it Cost?

It's not a set price but in general terms, if you find a comparable style piece in regard to size and complexity in my store, your commissioned piece will be in a similar ballpark.

How Long Does it Take?

Most commissions are typically completed within 4 to 6 weeks. However, I understand that timelines can vary, and I’m always flexible to accommodate your specific needs.
